  • Goal Orientated.

    It all starts with a dream. Maybe you want to qualify for a Major, to ace your local Parkrun, or to complete your first ever ultra. We’ll sit down and map out that process based on your current circumstances - working on a plan that suits you and your lifestyle.

  • Athlete Centred.

    This isn’t an off the shelf plan or AI generated. This is working out your strengths and weaknesses — and formulating a method to improve both, adapting the approach based on your feedback. All sessions will appear in your calendar at least a week in advance.

  • Ongoing Support.

    Athletes can WhatsApp me at any time for support or advice. We also have monthly face-to-face or virtual meetings to discuss any topic including recovery, fuelling, race strategy, and event planning. This holistic approach ensures you’re fully prepared.
