Book in an hour session in which we will:
Discuss your goals & session outcomes
Video your current form and highlight potential improvements
Cover the theory and biomechanics of running and apply to you
Run through and practice targeted drills
re-video and reassess, making adjustments where needed
After the session I will send you a PDF report summarising our session, including freeze-frames of your form and resources to guide you in continuous improvement.
